Phase One Roadmap

HTC phase one is currently focused on three priorities:

1. Restoring the official X account

On March 11, 2026, the official X account @HelpThisCatHTC went live.
On that same day, the account was frozen after following too many marketing accounts too quickly, combined with our lack of operating experience.

We are actively resolving that issue. Once restored, the website will continue to list the official X account as one of the public source-of-truth channels.

2. Dual-chain plan for the official HTC token

The launch plan for the official HTC token is in progress.
Phase one is intended to issue the official HTC token on both Solana and BNB Smart Chain under the same official name: HTC.

The official developer allocation will be capped at up to 1%. Please refer to the policy page on the website for the exact rule.

3. XiaoShou case token

The first case-specific token, XiaoShou, is also part of the current roadmap.
It is planned to launch on pump.fun and will follow the same HTC transparency and public-policy rules.

The goal of phase one is not to launch everything at once.
The immediate priority is to establish the public channels, the main token structure, and the first case mechanism in a clear and public way.
